These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Real8 Link platform at real8link.com, operated by Xislo LLC, a Delaware LLC operating in Miami, Florida. By using the platform, submitting a buyer brief, or registering as a supplier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Real8 Link connects US-based buyers with Peruvian textile and agro-industrial manufacturers. Our services include: receiving buyer sourcing briefs; AI-assisted bilingual RFP generation; vetting and curating a supplier directory; introducing buyers to matched suppliers; and facilitating early-stage deal documentation.

Real8 Link acts as an intermediary only. We are not a party to any contract between buyers and suppliers, and do not manufacture, warehouse, ship, or guarantee the quality of any goods.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the company on whose behalf you use the Platform. By using Real8 Link, you represent that these conditions are met.

The success fee is payable by the buyer within 14 days of deal closing. Circumvention of this fee — including direct agreements with introduced suppliers without disclosure — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Real8 Link reserves the right to pursue the full fee plus reasonable legal costs.

Supplier registration is free. Real8 Link reserves the right to decline, suspend, or remove any supplier at its sole discretion.

All platform content is the property of Xislo LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. By submitting information, you grant Real8 Link a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it solely for operating the Platform.

Buyer sourcing briefs are treated as confidential and will not be shared with suppliers without your implicit consent through the sourcing process. Both parties are responsible for negotiating their own NDAs directly with each other.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xislo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including commercial disputes between buyers and suppliers, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or loss of business or revenue. Real8 Link's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by that user in the six months preceding the claim.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Xislo LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que surjan del uso de la Plataforma, incluyendo disputas comerciales entre compradores y proveedores, inexactitudes en el contenido generado por IA, o pérdida de negocios o ingresos. La responsabilidad total de Real8 Link no excederá los honorarios pagados por ese usuario en los seis meses anteriores a la reclamación.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xislo LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any commercial dispute between you and another user.
Usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Xislo LLC de cualquier reclamación, daño y gasto que surja de su uso de la Plataforma, violación de estos Términos o cualquier disputa comercial entre usted y otro usuario.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Real8 Link does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any supplier or goods offered through the Platform.
La Plataforma se proporciona "tal como está" sin garantías de ningún tipo. Real8 Link no respalda, garantiza ni asume responsabilidad por ningún proveedor o bien ofrecido a través de la Plataforma.
Real8 Link may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 13, and 14 — shall survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Miami, Florida. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, sin tener en cuenta las disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa se someterá primero a negociación de buena fe. We may modify these Terms at any time. The effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
